Device contacts are accessed locally on your device to suggest invitees and are never uploaded to our servers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:
- Provide and operate the Service — creating accounts, storing events, generating RSVP links, and displaying dashboards
- Service communications — transactional messages related to your account or events (no marketing without consent)
- Security and abuse prevention — detecting unauthorized access and policy violations
- App improvement — analyzing aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve features and performance
- Subscription management — verifying active subscription status and unlocking paid features
- Legal compliance — meeting obligations under applicable laws and responding to lawful requests
- Enforcement — enforcing our Terms of Service and protecting the rights and safety of our users
We do not use your personal information for any purpose beyond what is described above without first providing notice and, where required by law, obtaining your explicit consent.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information. Sharing is limited strictly to what is necessary to operate the Service.
Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party providers to help operate and improve the Service. These providers may only use your data as needed to perform services on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from any other use.

With Your Guests
When you create a personal RSVP link, it contains your event information (title, date, location, description, cover photo). Only guests you specifically invite receive this link. Guests cannot view other guests' personal details.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or where we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person, prevent fraud, or defend the rights and property of IntegraStudios.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
Advertising & Data Sales
MyEvent Go is funded entirely by subscriptions. Your data is never monetized for marketing or advertising purposes. If this ever changes, we will provide prominent notice and, where required by law, obtain your explicit consent before any such use begins.
Marketing website
Our public marketing site (the myevent.integrastudios.app landing page) uses the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns — for example, page views and waitlist sign-ups — and to build advertising audiences for those campaigns. This applies only to the public marketing page: the MyEvent Go app, your events, and guest RSVP pages contain no advertising pixels, trackers, or analytics SDKs, and no app or event data is ever shared with ad networks. You can manage how Meta uses this data in Meta's Ad Preferences, and most browsers offer settings to block third-party trackers.
Artificial Intelligence
As of the effective date of this Policy, MyEvent Go does not use artificial intelligence or machine learning to process, analyze, generate content from, or profile your personal data or User Content.
Your event photos, descriptions, guest names, dietary notes, and RSVP responses are stored and retrieved exactly as you entered them. No AI model has access to your content.
If we introduce optional AI-powered features in the future, we will update this section, notify you in advance, require explicit opt-in for features that process personal data, and prioritize on-device processing over cloud-based AI wherever possible.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including:
- Encryption of all data in transit using TLS/HTTPS
- Encryption of all stored data at rest
- Strict access controls — users can only access their own data
- Unique, token-based RSVP links that cannot be guessed or enumerated
- Secure authentication with no plain-text password storage
- Regular review of security configurations and access policies
No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately through the channel in Section 13.
Data Retention
| Data Type | Retention Period |
|---|---|
| Account and event data | Retained while your account is active |
| Guest and RSVP data | Tied to the event; deleted with the event or account |
| Uploaded photos | Deleted within 30 days of event or account deletion |
| All personal data after account deletion | Permanently deleted within 30 days |
| Anonymized diagnostics | Up to 90 days |
| Data required by law | As required by applicable legal obligations |
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account). Deletion initiates permanent removal of all associated personal data within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
| Right | Description |

California users: You may have additional rights under CCPA and CPRA.
Children's Privacy
MyEvent Go is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Service may be used to plan family events that include children as guests, but we collect only a numerical headcount of children attending — never their names, photos, or any other identifying information.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may hold data related to your child, please contact us via the channel in Section 13 and we will delete it promptly.
International Data Transfers
MyEvent Go is operated from the Republic of Panama, and we engage service providers that process data in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection standards than your home country.
Where cross-border transfers are subject to legal requirements (such as GDPR), we implement appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms recognized by the applicable authority.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the effective date and display a prominent in-app notice. The "Effective Date" and version number at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
