These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MyEvent iOS application ("App") and its related services. By downloading or using MyEvent, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing and using MyEvent, you accept and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MyEvent for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• The accuracy and legality of all content you create (event details, invitations, descriptions)
• Obtaining consent from invitees before sharing their personal information
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding invitations and personal data
• Not using the App to harass, spam, or threaten anyone

4. User Content

Any content you create in MyEvent (event titles, descriptions, images, invitee names) remains your intellectual property. By using MyEvent, you grant us the right to:

• Store and display your content within the App
• Share event details with your specified invitees
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the App

You warrant that all content is original or that you have the necessary rights to use it.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyEvent is provided "as-is" without any warranties. We make no representations regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of event data or weather information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions
• Availability at any specific time

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyEvent and its creators shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damage to your device or loss of personal data
• Unauthorized access or data breaches (except to the extent caused by our gross negligence)
• Service interruptions or downtime

Your exclusive remedy is to stop using the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyEvent and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the App
• Your violation of any applicable law
• Claims by third parties regarding your use of the App

8. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to MyEvent if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful behavior. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Your event data may be retained or deleted at our discretion
• You remain responsible for any violations you committed

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be resolved under Panamanian jurisdiction.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyEvent regarding your use of the App. No other representations or agreements apply.
