Summary: By creating an account or using MyEvent Go, you agree to these Terms. You are responsible for everything you upload and share. We can modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration, not class-action lawsuits.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyEvent Go iOS application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by IntegraStudios ("we," "us," or "our"), a company domiciled in the Republic of Panama.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MyEvent Go — or by clicking "Create Account," "Continue," or any similar button during registration — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and delete the app from your device.
Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use MyEvent Go. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms.
License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MyEvent Go for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Copy, redistribute, or sublicense any part of the Service
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service
- Attempt to interfere with, disable, or circumvent any security feature
- Use the Service in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law
Usage Limits
To protect the Service from abuse and to control operating costs, each event is subject to reasonable usage limits, including a maximum number of guests per event and a maximum number of email communications sent per event, regardless of subscription tier. Current limits are published in the app and may change at our discretion, with or without notice. Attempting to circumvent these limits — including through automated tools, direct API access, or multiple accounts or events used to route around a single limit — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Not share your account with any other person
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.
Co-Hosts and Shared Access
MyEvent Go allows the creator of an event ("Host") to grant another registered user ("Co-Host") management access to that specific event, including the ability to view and manage the guest list, send communications to guests, and edit event details. The Host is solely responsible for choosing who to grant Co-Host access to. Any action taken by a Co-Host within an event — including communications sent, guests added or removed, or edits made — is treated as an action of the Host for all purposes under these Terms. We are not liable for any dispute, data exposure, or misuse resulting from a Host's decision to grant Co-Host access. A Co-Host cannot delete the event, remove the Host, or access or modify the Host's subscription or billing information.
User Content and Ownership
MyEvent Go allows you to create events, upload photos, enter guest information, and share RSVP links. Content you create or upload ("User Content") remains your intellectual property. You retain all ownership rights.
By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, process, and share your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit
- Your User Content does not infringe any third party's rights
- You have obtained consent from any individuals whose personal data appears in your User Content
We do not review, endorse, or verify User Content before it is submitted. We are not responsible for any User Content.
Shared Album Links
Events may include a "shared album" link that you, as the host, provide (for example, an iCloud Shared Album, Google Photos album, or a similar service from a third-party platform). This link and the album it points to are yours. You are solely responsible for creating it, keeping it available, controlling who can access or contribute to it, and for all photos and content within it. MyEvent Go does not host, store, control, or moderate these albums — we only display the link you provide to your guests. The availability, privacy settings, and content of any linked album are governed by the third-party platform's own terms, not ours.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
You agree not to upload, share, or distribute content that:
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity
- Harasses, threatens, bullies, or demeans any individual or group
- Is defamatory, libelous, or constitutes invasion of privacy
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right
- Contains malware, spyware, viruses, or any destructive code
- Is illegal under any applicable local, national, or international law
- Involves spam, phishing, or unauthorized commercial solicitation
- Impersonates any person or entity
- Exploits or harms minors in any way
- Uses the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications, or attempts to exceed or circumvent the guest or email limits described in Section 2
Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, referral to law enforcement authorities.
We reserve the right — but not the obligation — to review, flag, remove, or disable access to any User Content that we determine, at our sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law. We will remove unlawful content within 24 hours of becoming aware of it.
Guest Communication Limits and Recipient Protection
Each event is subject to a maximum number of guests and a maximum number of email communications, disclosed in the app (see Section 2). Independently of any limit a Host has not yet reached, we reserve the right to limit, throttle, or suspend further communications through the Service to any recipient who has repeatedly declined invitations, or otherwise indicated they do not wish to receive further communications — as a measure to protect recipients from unwanted repeated contact and to prevent use of the Service as a mass-messaging tool. This right may be exercised at our discretion and does not create an obligation on our part to monitor or enforce it in every instance.
Intellectual Property — Your Responsibility
You are solely and exclusively responsible for ensuring that any content you upload — including photos, images, logos, text, and graphics — does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
MyEvent Go does not screen User Content for copyright compliance prior to upload. By uploading any content, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the original creator of the content, or
- You have obtained a valid license, permission, or authorization from the rights holder to use and upload the content, or
- The content is in the public domain or subject to a license that permits your use
Any copyright infringement claims arising from content you upload are your responsibility alone. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyEvent Go and IntegraStudios from any claims, damages, fines, or legal fees resulting from your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
MyEvent Go retains all rights to its own intellectual property, including but not limited to the app interface, design, code, branding, and trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property.
DMCA / Copyright Takedown
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content available through MyEvent Go infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice.
Submitting a Takedown Notice
Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location within the Service
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act
Submit DMCA notices via our contact form:
myevent.integrastudios.app/contact.html
Select DMCA copyright takedown as the request type. We will respond to valid notices promptly and remove infringing content within 24 hours.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice via the same contact form with: (1) your signature, (2) identification of the removed content, (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake, and (4) your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights.
Subscription, Pricing, and Payments
Free Tier
MyEvent Go offers a free tier that allows you to manage events with up to 10 guests. Features of the free tier may change at any time.
Paid Subscription
Access beyond the free tier's guest limit requires an active paid subscription. Even with an active subscription, each event remains subject to the usage limits described in Section 2, which exist to control operating costs and prevent abuse rather than to limit legitimate use — the published limits comfortably exceed the needs of virtually all real events. Subscriptions are billed annually and processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. All transactions are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.
Pricing and Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the price of our subscription at any time. When we change pricing:
- We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification
- Existing active subscribers will be grandfathered at their current price until their next renewal date
- Price changes take effect at your next billing cycle after the notice period
- Your continued use of the paid subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple pursuant to Apple's refund policy.
Subscription Management
All subscription management is handled through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. MyEvent Go does not have direct access to modify your subscription status.
Artificial Intelligence Disclosure
As of the effective date of these Terms, MyEvent Go does not use artificial intelligence or machine learning to process, analyze, or generate User Content. Your event photos, descriptions, guest lists, and RSVP data are not processed by any AI system.
We reserve the right to introduce AI-powered features in the future. Any such features will be clearly disclosed, require your explicit opt-in where they process personal data, and be described in an updated version of this section.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be available at all times or error-free

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MYEVENT GO, INTEGRASTUDIOS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Business interruption
- Loss of goodwill
- Damages arising from content uploaded by other users
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Service interruptions or downtime
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.00.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IntegraStudios and MyEvent Go from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Any User Content you upload, submit, or share through the Service, including any claim that your content infringes a third party's intellectual property rights
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Any claim by a guest, invitee, or third party arising from your use of the Service
- Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information you provide
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court or to participate in a class action.
Informal Resolution First
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us via our contact form and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except as set forth below.
Arbitration shall be conducted under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Proceedings may be conducted online or in writing. AAA rules are available at adr.org.
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Exceptions to Arbitration
Either party may seek relief in a small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction (typically under USD $10,000). Either party may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement or misappropriation.
No Class Actions
YOU AND MYEVENT GO EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING OF ANY KIND. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice via our contact form within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Panama City, Republic of Panama.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by sending an email to your registered address and/or posting a prominent notice within the app.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete the app.
For non-material changes (typo corrections, formatting, clarifications that do not affect your rights), we may update these Terms without advance notice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to other users or to us.
You may terminate your account at any time through the app's Profile → Delete Account function or by contacting us via our contact form.
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Service immediately ends
- We may delete your account data within 30 days (certain data may be retained as required by law)
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Sections 6, 7, 11, 12, 13)
Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyEvent Go regarding your use of the Service.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Apple: If you downloaded MyEvent Go from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Service. Apple has no warranty obligation regarding the Service. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service or your use thereof.
